By using Savnaris, you fully agree to this Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Savnaris is an AI-powered connector facilitating private introductions by mutual consent.

Savnaris is not a broker, agent, advisor, fiduciary, or representative of any user.

No outcomes, introductions, transactions, or results are guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. By using Savnaris, you represent and warrant that you meet these conditions.

4. Fees and Payments

Savnaris charges:

  • A membership fee for access

  • A connection fee for each approved introduction

All payments are final and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Access is denied without completed payment.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and lawful information

  • Use the service only for legitimate purposes

  • Respect other users and platform integrity

You must not:

  • Misrepresent identity or intent

  • Circumvent fees or safeguards

  • Harass, spam, or manipulate others

  • Use the service for employment placement, personal relationships, or prohibited activities

  • Attempt to create binding agreements through the service

6. Introductions

Introductions occur only with explicit mutual consent and payment. Savnaris does not verify users, supervise interactions, or resolve disputes.

All interactions are solely between users.

7. No Contracts or Relationships

Use of Savnaris does not create any partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, or contractual relationship.

All statements, discussions, or exchanges through the service are non-binding.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and intellectual property belong exclusively to Savnaris or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Termination

Savnaris may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause, and without refund.

Users may stop using the service at any time with no entitlement to compensation.

10. Disclaimer

Savnaris is currently in Beta. Features, functionality, and availability of connections are subject to change without notice. The platform does not guarantee introductions, responses, or connections, which depend on activity, mutual consent, and internal criteria. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Savnaris disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Savnaris shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid by you to Savnaris.

12. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify and hold Savnaris harmless from all claims, disputes, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or interactions with others.

13. Waiver of Claims

By using Savnaris, you irrevocably waive any right to bring claims or legal proceedings against Savnaris relating to the service.

14. Modifications

Savnaris may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
